Return & Refund Policy

 BachatKart, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to return a product. Our policy is designed to be transparent and easy to understand.

1. Return Eligibility

You may initiate a return request within [e.g., 5] days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

 * Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

 * Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.

 * Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

 * Perishable goods (e.g., vegetables, fruits, dairy).

 * Personal hygiene products (e.g., soaps, razors).

 * Health and wellness products (unless the seal is broken/tampered with upon delivery).

 * Customized or personalized items.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

 * Please report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

 * You may be asked to provide images of the damaged/defective product and the packaging.

 * Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.

4. The Return Process

 * Request: Log in to your BachatKart account, go to "My Orders," and select the item you wish to return. Click on "Request Return."

 * Pickup: Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days.

 * Inspection: Upon reaching our warehouse, the product will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets the return criteria.

5. Refund Policy

Once the return is received and inspected:

 * Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email/SMS.

 * Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed immediately.

   * Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days.

   * Cash on Delivery (COD): You will be required to provide your bank account details or UPI ID. The amount will be transferred within 5-7 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy

 * Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse for a full refund.

 * After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, you may reject the delivery at the doorstep. A refund will be processed once the items are returned to us (shipping charges may be deducted depending on the case).
